Ashley Hammer was diagnosed with a TP53 gene mutation in 2021. In 2023, it progressed into the blood. In 3-5 years it will become Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a terminal condition once active. After recently losing her father-in-law to the same diagnosis, Ashley is focusing on making lasting memories with her husband and children.
